If you're on the latest firmware, turn the volume up to 100 on the M3s. For firmware versions above 3.0 there is a mistake in the software that allows for the digital volume to be changed. Not sure why Shanling hasn't fixed it.

Hello. Is there any other way to update the software? In the "System Settings", the items "Update Firmware" and "Reset Settings" are missing. I can not do a reset or update the firmware in a standard way. Is there any combination of buttons? To update the player if it does not turn on.

Thanks, I figured it was something like this but I had no time last night to try that! Wife got upset that I was setting up the speakers so I just did a quick plug n play

Sennheiser Momentum 2 compatibility confirmed here, working perfectly. Excellent now I can use my Sennheiser BT headphones with my my M3s.

Unfortunately part of HiBy software, when digital volume affects digital output with some DACs.

Did you downloaded version from our website or from Dropbox? Dropbox should have the version with fixed chinese in menu.

With Polish fonts, unfortunately we can't help you.

Can I go directly to version 1.60, or must I upgrade incrementally through all intermediate versions?
