Hi everyone!

I'm new to posting on the forum, so I hope this is the proper channel to include this!

I'm having a major bluetooth connectivity issue with my new Shanling M3s: I can connect to my car's system, but once I turn the car off and later re-start it, the bluetooth goes into an endless connect / disconnect loop.

I reset the M3s to it's factory default settings, reconnected it and started streaming bluetooth again,but once I turned the car off and on, the endless connect / disconnect loop began once again.

Is this a glitch that I have to reset the player every time I start the car?

Any information would be greatly appreciated!!

I just confirmed it's running the latest firmware: 1.5.

I just confirmed it's running the latest firmware: 1.5.

Try the new 1.6 F/W it fixes connection issues with Sennheiser headphones it may your ICE issues too.

The latest firmware is 1.7. I didn't find any connection problem but the output level from bluetooth is horrible comparing to wired 3.5mm/2.5mm
