@Shanling, I am experiencing a problem with how my files are being listed in my M2x. As my music library has increased, more and more albums are being listed under "Unknown". These albums were originally listed under the appropriate artist, but for some reason are now being listed under "Unknown". For example, the album Bridge of Sighs used to be listed under Robin Trower, but is now listed under "Unknown". All other albums by Robin Trower are still listed under Robin Trower. It seems that as I am adding new albums (files) to my microsd card, the M2x is shifting more files (in an apparent random order) to the "Unknown" category, and all these used to be listed under the appropriate artist. I have tried software versions 2.4, 2.5 and 2.6 and all give the same results. Is there anything I can do to get the files back under the artists where they belong. Thanks.

How many files you have on your card? What number you get at library scan?

@Shanling, Right now I have between 2750 and 2800 songs on my card. After I posted earlier, I reset my M2X to factory settings without microsd card in, and then placed microsd card in again and hit update library and all albums are now back in with proper artist. I guess I'll have to see if this works over time, but at least songs are back in proper place today.

Hi, I have some problem with the Tidal streaming - when clicking on a song nothing happens, after second clicking on a play button the cover appears but the length of the song isn't visible and it is paused all the time. I have the latest FW 2.6 and Tidal account works fine on the other devices (I've checked also the other account and the problem still occurs). Everything worked fine in the past Do you have the same issue?

There was some change on side of Tidal, that wasn't announced to us. We are working on fix and should have it out in few days.

Good to know. Thank you for the update. Tidal is a huge plus for the already excellent M2x.

1. EQ system was adjusted further, you can test it out if it works now better for you.
2. Now M2X has access to 7 themes, all we made for MTouch.

EQ doesn't seem to work all the time. I tried turning it on and off while listening to a song but nothing happens.

EQ is disabled for Hi-Res files, maybe that might be your issue?

Oh, okay. I have never noticed that before. Has it always been that way? Any particular reason for implementing that?

@Shanling I'm having font problems on the albums. I think that the firmware didn't support UTF-8 format or some sort of that, so it's making the letters on the Vietnamiese album glitchy or just have blanks in it. Can you have another update, adding the UTF-8 support?

@Shanling - to follow up on a previous, volume issue regarding AirPods when paired with m2x... turning the AirPods' volume up to max on my iPhone prior to connecting to m2x solved it. Thanks for the suggestion; I wouldn't have tried that on my own.

Another question for anyone who might know... I noticed long titles (think classical music) don't auto scroll when viewing album titles and track lists. the track name will auto scroll when on the 'currently playing' screen (I don't know what else to call that view). Is there a way for them to auto scroll?

You can swipe left on a long title and it will do the scroll. Not sure if there's a setting for that to automatically happen all the time, though.
