Ups, seems colleague gave me older version, will fix it ASAP.

And can't connect to iPhone in which way, as BT receiver, HiBy Link, USB DAC, USB OTG?

Please try Winrar
bluetooth at all says connection failed

Would it be possible to lower the minimum sensitivity even more? I'm still moving two lines fairly often when I'm trying to move one. It's better than it was before, though. Thank you for (partly) fixing the scroll wheel.

I think its a hardware or possibly quality control issue, at least on my device (from day one). Every 360 rotation with the wheel (slow or fast) the scroll skips one line. Even the notch that makes the the skipping transition feels different, lets say its less smooth from the rest.

For me its not a deal breaker but it makes you more concerned with the overall longevity of the wheel itself.

Lately I buyed new bluetooth EarPods from SoundPEAT - they support BT5.0
I wanted to use them together with my M2s - but I've problems with them (actually the player has problems with them )...

I can pair them - no problem.

But when I start playing music, the players tells me, that the current title's format is not supported and switches to the next song - and tells the same again and switches to the next and the next, and the next and the next....

If I'm lucky, I'm able to manually stop the playing - but it also occurs that I had to switch off the device...

When I then connect a normal cable based headphone everything is fine and it plays all the songs about which it says "unsupported" before...

Any idea what's going on? And how I can resolve this issue?
(or even how I can get a logging about what happened)

BTW, I still use M2s firmware 3.30

Nobody else ever had such problems?

Is there some special E-Mail address at Shanling / Hiby to whom I can send my issue description?

Anything I can do to get some detailled logging for the bluetooth communication or other things to "debug" the problem?

Just received my M2s. So far, I am pretty impressed with this DAP. I like the sound from it on my Kinera H3 and my Phillips Fidelio X2, both sounded really good. The quick access pop-up menu, from the Now Playing screen, is a very good compromise for the persistent sleep setting I was looking for. It allows me quick access to set the sleep timer, without having to fiddle with menus too much.

Will definitely try to look into this, but unfortunately we don't have access to these earpods.

I just tested M2s(3.4) with Cowon CF2, also running BT 5.0, and everything worked fine.
Can you please try to use different set of BT headphones?

I have a shanling m2s and I saw that it has an output impedance of 4.8 ohms ... can it be a problem using it with a couple of iem with 25 ohms like the kz es4?

Different IEMs react differently to the output impedance. Pretty much you need to find chart showing "impedance reactivity" to judge it more.

Hi Shanling. Does the M2s provide a 'true' Line Out capability. i.e., bypassing the headphone amp, or is it just the headphone amp output fixed at max volume? Thanks.

Not a "true line out" on M2s.
