I'll try again @ClieOS, but I distinctly remember the included cable not working with MOJO.
You are right - just pull it out of the box and try, the cable doesn't work, not just on Mojo but also HA-2. My bad.
... why do ShanLing bother to include a non-working OTG cable? Hmmm....
They mentioned that they are just charging cables but took good note of our complaint and said they might change that in the future I think. You are right - just pull it out of the box and try, the cable doesn't work, not just on Mojo but also HA-2. My bad.

Woohoo, just got my M1. Shipment from the Spanish retailer somebody recommended in the past.
Now... it seems like my bottom-left corner of the screen... "clicks". It means that either: (1) I have a VIP-only device with an extra button on the screen (unlikely); or (2) Shanling's quality control sucks and somebody failed to properly glue the screen ((. I wonder how long it's gonna take before it falls apart.

Question (in quote): Will the accessories includes type-c USB to USB-micro OTG cable?
Reply (by ShanLing Rep.): Of course.
Apparently the connection is not obvious, my DIY guy had to try twice, opening another connector they worked to make it...not sure why. Anyways...I was indeed amazed they didn't work. But this player is so great on many other things I didn't insist.Sounds like an extremely silly excuse to me. Might works for the Type-C-to-Type-C or Type-C-to-USB-A cable, but for micro-USB-to-Type-C? When is the last time you saw an USB power supply with a micro USB port output?
...besides, this is from erji.net's M1 thread (*note the date):
Translation:
Hmm...
If I recall the video states "DSD native". To my way of thinking, if a unit directly processes a DSD file to audio it is DSD native. A unit that transcodes DSD to PCM and then to audio should not be billed as DSD native. DSD capable perhaps. For those that care about such things, The M2 does natively convert DSD to audio without any intermediate steps (at least that was how it was billed). The FIIO X3 which has a similar architecture can convert DSD to audio directly also. The original FIIO X3 also transcoded DSD files to PCM first.
Why do I care? Well, assuming you believe that DSD provides some value then you want the chipset to directly convert that bitstream into music. If there is transcoding to PCM; then you might as well use FOOBAR or whatever to convert the DSD file to PCM 24-88 and use those files. Those files are roughly 1/3 as large.
OK, its true that the only files that I listen to in DSD format are from two SACD versions of Kind of Blue by Miles Davis. One is MFSL and the other is Sony. I am something of a Kind of Blue junkie. When the mood hits me I also use my 24-192 files from HD Tracks.
