Seems strange but I liked the unit that costs literally less than half the other unit. To wit; I really like the M0 and did not love the R3. The only knock on the M0 is that the display is small, so its harder to navigate. But the sound is way better than one might expect at this price point.
True. Even at home, I tend to reach for the M0 rather than the MOJO stack. Gap in SQ is not that big, and the BT receiver function is rock solid (switching between multiple devices).
I don't have Mojo right now, but tested it with iDSD and Sony WM1A in USB DAC mode and I couldn't hear any fade in between songs.
To eliminate any possible effects of the music itself, I tested it with constant noise files, and measured earphones with SPL meter, they showed no drop in volume when files were transitioning.
have a 10 hr business flight next week. Been bouncing around whether to take the M0, Hidiz AP60 Pro or the Hiby R3 but which one has the longest battery life?
I'm leaning towards the M0 and R3 because they use the same USB C charging connector as my LG V30.
I was thinking the M0 with the Campfire Comets or Bose QC25s for the plane ride
and the LDAC Sony WI-H700s for walking around
M0 is my main rig for plane travel. On plane, with all the constant noise and half sleepy mood, highest sound quality isn't needed. And tiny M0 in pocket is much more comfortable for long flight.
I tested it with some BT headphones I have here(cheap 20USD BT adapter from Aliexpress and Huawei Freebuds), same test with constant noise I mentioned above. And there was no fade in/out or cut out between files.
Is it possible to try different BT headphones? Also please try different codec setting with your Anker.

Does it show with all your files?

Not planned for now.

Is it normal the M0 gets warm or close to hot when using it via Bluetooth+LDAC? Battery life is a big mess using it with my Pixel 2 currently. Without bluetooth the player lasts ages.
Sound-wise, how does it compare to Fiio X1 II? I have the Fiio, but I'm looking to update due to poor user experience and firmware shortcomings.
If someone could chime in, that would be great.
In the future update, what is the priority order to support ReplayGain?
I want to decrease the frequency of volume control, so please increase the support priority.

Please tell me, is there in name of artist or album some apostrophe? There is some ridiculous glitch causing "file not found" on albums when there is some apostrophe in name. Will get fixed.

Please do not mind I have only something to bemoan. To me, this firmware is very similar to the official v2.2, including the remarks I made in post #3717. Additionally, I noticed that this firmware has an issue on my player with displaying running text during playback.Of long titles, only the portion above the base line is moved from right to left, pixels under the baseline stay in place/are left behind, like parts of commas, tails of "g", and protruding parts from occasional Asian characters.
