Shanling M0 Pro - Ultra-Portable Hi-Fi Player, Now With Balanced Output!

Tested AirPods Pro 2 again with the M0 pro on ver 1.4 and have the same behavior, resuming on a paused track doesn’t play any sound, using either the on screen pause/play or the airpod physical pause/play.

Not a perfect solution, but on my m0 pro if I skip to the next track the audio resumes. A little easier than reconnecting the Bluetooth @Taste if you want to give it a try as a temporary solution. Fingers crossed Shanling can fix it next patch :smile_phones:

Thanks, that works for me too.

just received back my M0pro back from repair. the volume knob become loose…
need to pay the part replacement… so the warranty only cover the service fee…
my only concern is the part availability, took me waiting for 105 days from I report until i received the unit back to me repaired.
wish in the future shanling will provide additional spare part to their distributor so they can quickly repair… and if this going to happen again, the spare stock available locally can be highly consider…

All our parts are available to all our distributors to order, it'sup to their decision if they want to stock them or not.

I found the clip for the M0 Pro so I took the jump and replaced my original M0. I find it a nice upgrade. I do think the sound quality is more hifi, even though I simply jog with the unit. Wired Koss Porta Pros. I'm very happy with it. Yes, the scrolling can kill you. You want to move 4 or five screens and 20 go flying by.

Original M0 users rarely have issues with the M0 Pro's operation. Anyone new to M0/pro will have a hard time grasping the reality of tiny touch screens. And yes. scrolling is a PITA that's why I don't keep a long list of files locally. My main use for M0 is for it's wearability during traveling and anything in-between that don't require to lug around a full blown full size dap.

Minimalist me is happy to have a tiny all-in-one device that doesn't take up much pocket space, but HeadFi me is looking to start to use the balanced output adapter with some bang for buck iems as a better quality output over the bluetooth buds I use at work every day. If I was wanting to take it up a notch and add an external amp/dac what would be some of the smaller sized battery powered options that offer a higher quality sound than the M0? BTR5/7.....

So here I am on a long Labor Day weekend vacation with the M0 Pro.. a dead M0 Pro. Listening through it with 60% battery life and it suddenly just died, abruptly quit, no warnings, screen just went black, no audio and power. Won’t turn on and will not charge or take charge.

Bought the M0 Pro July 11 this year via Amazon. I have the original M0 and haven’t had any issues with it, still works. This is going to be my first support/warranty rodeo with Shanling, hopefully it’s not going to be a bumpy ride.

Have you tried reset through the hole next to the microSD card slot? When you connect it to computer, does it show up in the system at all?

For warranty, please reach out to the seller directly on Amazon.
