Can you send us video over PM or to info@shanling.com?

For swiping right, it's important to swipe from center of the screen, not edges.
I realise what’s wrong. Even it said Shanling can read 2Tb card however, it’s lag alot when i use 256Gb (with 230Gb songs). And again about QC before packaged, i realise a small faint on it after out of the box, i brought mine to the shop, i intended to change another, then they opened the new one and it has a lot glue on it so haizz i kept mine. In the past i also experienced a small scratch when i bought new M6U. You must check the QC protocol.

A couple of weeks ago I upgraded my phone (SD cardless) and employed the M0 Pro as chief on-the-go music player.
I'm really happy with it. Mostly I appreciate the size as I like to travel light (work) and didn't want a full sized dap in my pocket. As I am a chronic track surfer and frequently search for another track, it reduces the risk of me dropping my phone as I am usually doing something with my other hand. I like that it plays native DSD so I don't have to convert any of my tracks.
Coming from Sony Walkmans with volume buttons, the clicky wheel is much easier to use.
I'd prefer access to the bluetooth pull-up menu from any screen rather than main menu, and that lightspeed scroll can be a bit frustrating, otherwise it is user friendly.
I was having a chuckle at some of the band names that had the last part cut off:
A Flock of S
Rage Agains
The White St
James Brow
Talking Head

Just a heads up - the barrel sleeve over the female 4.4mm is loose and can pull off if you are not careful. YMMV

Can you send us PM with photo or video? It definitely shouldn't be loose.

When I'm working and have my M0 in my pocket, squatting down or raising my arms to perform a task can often cause a disruption to the bluetooth connection. I realise that the LDAC quality option requires almost uninterrupted line of sight, but I prefer to milk out every bit of quality I can for bluetooth. I was thinking, also for quick access, that hanging from my neck might work for me so was looking for ideas how to achieve this. I really like the leather case, and don't want to mod it, and unfortunately the clip case doesn't offer much protection. Has anyone had the same idea and devised a way to attach a neck strap without altering the leather case?

Looking at this model as a travel device. Does the USB DAC work well on Windows/iPad devices? I assume it can charge on a laptop while serving as a DAC, but how about for iPad?

Any other quirks or downsides to its usb DAC capability? Looking to use it as 50:50 USB DAC and DAP so hoping it can be a solution.

This is one simple solution, doesn't look like its going to cause much damage to the case either.

Unable to play audio through the Sennheiser Momentum 3 BT Headphones with M0 pro. M0 pro and the headphones are connected, but no audio comes out. Even set the volume to 100% and increased the Bluetooth Headset Volume Control to the max. M0 pro was on 1.3 firmware and updated it to 1.4 hoping this issue would be resolved. The upgrade didnt help. Factory reset after the upgrade also didnt fix the issue. Any suggestions to make this work? @Shanling

Nothing at this time. We had issues with Sennheiser and their approach to Bluetooth in the past.
