Last time: Can bluetooth connection play gapless? I'm having problems with my iFi Go Pod setup. Will try my B&O bluetooth headphones later today...
Yes. Bluetooth on M0 is gapless. I don't recall owning any devices that aren't gapless over BT.

Even with the latest firmware the volume on my M0 Pro still doesn't work reliability. Crap.
That's one drawback you'll notice with M0 specially when you have not used the original M0. I've come to learn to live with it's wheel behavior as the DAP's pros heavily outweighs it. Setting volume default/limit help a bit and because I know how the wheel behaves I can just thumb turn it in one or two up/down motion and get to as close to my desired volume level. Yeah it kinda suck and could be better.

Being a small Chinese company it would take a miracle to get them to admit a fault and recall them, or even issue a firmware patch for the problem. None of that makes them any money and money is all they are about. Strictly short term thinking. Cheat people and run.

The volume wheel works as a volume control rarely if at all. Nothing helps. As said changing the Max Volume setting helps but only a bit.
As we told you before on June 13th, please contact your seller for warranty. Hardware defects can happen on the units, that's why there is warranty. There is nothing we can do about that with a software update.

Have used my M0 Pro for about a week now and it has been a relatively great experience. It reminded me of the time of iPod Nanos and Shuffles era where you just load the music and enjoy on the go.

I initially bought it to use as a Bluetooth DAC for my PC so I can use wireless audio with my Sony XM3s and it worked well too except it'll get hot after awhile so I guess long gaming sessions are no-gos.

Anyway @Shanling, I have DM-ed you about some file naming issue which is weird cause it only happens to selected files not showing Artist Name despite being tagged properly. Hope can get some explanation in case I encountered similar issues in the future. Used DM-ed cause I'm sharing music files to troubleshoot, didn't want them shared publicly here.

Sounds like a fault of your unit. Works precisely on mine 👍

Way better than the wobbly volume wheel on Hiby R2 mk2 and R3 mk2.

Sorry to hear. My volume wheel has never ever failed. I've figured out hapless bluetooth is an iFi Go Pod problem, more than likely.

You made the unit but what it does isn't your fault? How much MONEY would you want to fix or replace the defective unit?

Who did you buy it from? Since you have a warranty claim, contact the seller and arrange for a replacement. Stuff happens.
