ET3 was released just two months ago, it's in full production.

Looking at the manual, seems the default Holo setting should be compatible.

Much appreciated @Shanling . I shall read the manual for the ET3 as well. Because Jaben in Singapore tell me they should be receiving stock soon. Look forward to trying it out. :)

It is a very handy source to play with, it basically has everything you can think of from a digital source.

Absolutely! It certainly looks that way! The I2S connector would be great to connect to my Holo Spring 3 KTE. :)

No plans for CD text currently.

Have you tried the new firmware version with DLNA yet?

Shanling L8 cable is now released, please check with your local Shanling distributor/dealer.

Yes, I tried DLNA with Mconnect and gapless doesn't work. By giving 'play all', playback stops after the first track activating gapless, while without gapless it reads all the tracks one after the other. With bubbleupnp it's even worse, playback, despite play all, for example before an album,
stops after playing the first track, with or without gapless.

I would add one thing, Mconnect with gapless works perfectly using Wiim mini as a renderer. It's the only thing keeping me from removing the Wiim mini from my main system. If a 90 euro streamer can do it without problems, I'm sure the excellent ET3 can do it too.
