Lavricables has an IEM cable specific to the IE series. Forza Audio has the appropriate mmcx connector too. I tried both of these cables and they work good with the IE900, and they're not ridiculously priced.

I can highly recommend GUCraftsman on Amazon. I have multiple in different configurations, they’re very high quality.

I have a Toxic Cables Black Widow for my IE600 the mmcx connector has a nice sturdy connection. It is a very nice cable.
