After all this time today i saw a difference in painting the downside is bluish black thats strange.
Does anyone have that also ?

Looks like 6xx plastic. Mine are all black

That's weird, mine are all black. Purchased them 2 months ago, so not sure if there was a batch with dark blue bottom pieces?

I honestly couldn’t say just yet. I think the Noir MkII is more versatile as the Noir Hybrid HPC did not play well w the 600 and I paid the price w some piercing treble slicing katana blades thru my ear canal. If your HP is treble leaning I wouldn’t advise using the Hybrid HPC as it emphasizes the treble a bit

I have no idea , never seen that again... Very very strange . they do look like 6xx plastics but my 660s bought from Europe.
Can u see the plastic again with led light closely ?
