I'm looking for a cheap pair of closed back headphones. I've narrowed it down to Sennheiser HD201 and HD202 MkII. The 202 MkII pair costs approx £10 GBP/ $16 USD more. Are they worth the extra?

Dunno anything about the hd 201 but the 202 had a decent review
