is the new PARA planar headphones officially released and in-stock?

I see the google result for ShenzhenAudio page says "in-stock". but also the image on the same page shows "Preorder for 7 days" so I am a bit confused.

I’ve heard their other DSP DACS have issues, and the one I do own (Quarks DSP) has a quite noticeable noise floor as well as phase issues which makes it a no-go. If this one has none of that then it is pretty much perfect for my needs.

FREE DSP: why making it an upgrade cable and not a dongle with DSP? I get the added mic, but it is named FREE DSP, not FREE MIC… If DSP is the deal here—and with an app. supporting parametric EQ, it looks like being mostly about DSP—a $30 “upgrade” dongle would have been much more appealing to me… even with no mic!
