We have bags full of plastic bags,
No cardboard.
Then it might please you to know that yesterday I gave away 300+ cardboard moving boxes. I didn't sleep well last night, but I'm doing better today. 🤣

My son worked late night at Krispy Kreme. A frequent promo was buy a dozen, get a free dozen. I would pull-in at the drive-thru squawkbox and order the 'free dozen'. It's free, just give me the free dozen. Around and around. Finally, f-off and I would pull up to the window. Oh, it's you!
Lol! I could never work at Krispy Kreme. I'd weigh 900 pounds.

I downed my share during those wee-hour college days too. And lived, kind of. But after graduating we discovered that a couple dozen Krispy Kremes hot off the conveyor was a much better way to soak up alcohol. 🤣

The worst whuppin' my mother ever gave me was for eating 3 dozen Krispy Kreme Donuts that were meant for a coffee and donut meeting of the ship's wives held at our home when the husbands were on a tour at sea.

I was quite hungry at the time. It only took maybe 15 to 20 minutes to eat them all. I could not get near a Krispy Kreme for years. Decades later I took my young family to a KK in Las Vegas and they enjoyed them immensely. I did not eat a single one.

After a live concert this weekend I came home and thought the sound was a little thinner. Changing Kara from x1 to x4 gain stage corrected that. I seem to change between those stages periodically. Options are a good thing.

Those with Kara… are you fixed on one gain mode or do you change it periodically?

You as bored with the discussion of home appliances as I am? 😒
I may have brought it up but I got out long ago.🤪 Our new French door side by side was delivered late afternoon and I was amazed that two thin guys with a six inch wide strap underneath the fridge carried it up a flight of stairs and hauled down the old one the same way.😁 I should have taken photos. You just never know what might spark a discussion here.

Huzzah! I can confirm this is actually a thing in some workplaces (but reserved for end of day gatherings (mostly!))
Indeed!
I worked for the UK indigenous computer manufacturer, came out to do a product launch and was faberglasted when on the dot of 5PM the fridge was opened up.

My stepson and our nephew had to dismantle ours to get it in the kitchen... No spare space, huge inside looks great, and I don't know how we survived without Ice and Water.

Doors had to be removed to get the new one in place as well as remove the old one. They showed up with a small hand truck with a missing wheel so I was curious how they would get it upstairs.🤪🤪
