Aegir or Rag 2 for high efficiency speakers? Which sounds better?

I am hoping Aegir will be adequate for my Salk Song 3's which are 88db sensitivity.

Yes, there will be a fully functional Ragnarok 2 first article at the show, with phono preamp and Multibit DAC cards.

Probably no chapter on this next week, but I'll talk about it prior to release. This one was the one I had to throw out a completed version (down to cosmetic metal) to develop the right product, so it's a long story...

Interesting. I asked about a Rag v2 in Summer 2018 while the Rag v1 was backordered.

I really like my Rag, but I likely would have waited for v2 for two features that I'd like in my setup:
- remote
- speaker/headphone indicator switch/lights

This can not be right. Note the imprint "Made in the USA"... I remember reading somewhere that this was not possible to prove, so forbidden by the evil Gub'mint, the revenuers and such...

Also, according to the info in Jude's NYC Can-Jam video, the Rag 2 will ship standard with 3 RCA inputs, 2 of which can be swapped out for a DAC or phono module.

So do you guys realize that this means that Jason has FINALLY made a straight RCA input module, which should also be compatible with the Jot and Lyr 3, which will give them the option to have a very convenient second RCA input!!

If you look at the flyer Jason posted in the previous page, at the bottom says Ragnarok 2 will be priced similar to the existing one.
