I’m sure their wireless options produce more sales for them than their “audiophile” offerings, but… why hype up the people on Head-fi, then? What did we do wrong other than be in the wrong hobby obviously.

Agreed - it even says in the title "A CES Debut". Are any of these heapdhones a debut? They're all just a new version of headphones/earbuds they already offer :-/

I don't know about you, but in my case, my whole family and surroundings are eagerly awaiting the latest from Sennheiser.
There's an atmosphere of tension in the air!

1.Me - because if the new HD900s appear, I'll have to buy them, there's no way around it.
2.My Wife - in such a situation, the shoes she dreams of will have to wait until next year. I won't be financing them.
3.My kids - will have to play on the old console.
4.My Father-in-law - if I buy new headphones, he'll still have to lend me the lawnmower.
5.My dog - will still have long fur because the dog groomer will have to wait.
6.My Lawyer - because he might have a client in my divorce case.
7.My Boss - at work because I'll take a very long leave to test the HD900.
8.My Colleagues are waiting to hear what I'll say after the tests because they'll also want to buy the new HD900 model, and I always test equipment for them because I'm not afraid of my wife.

This will be like a snowball effect - if the new HD900 really arrives today!

Just a small joke before premier...
