When Sash tres SE will be avaliable? In the web is out of stock.
I think that in the next few weeks the headphones will be available for order.

Anyone from Canada ever order these, and what was the situation with import taxes/duties?

Replying to myself here as a public service...

First, shipping was much faster than I expected. Based on other stories I read on this thread, I was honestly anticipating a month or more. My headphones arrived in 8 days, and the Ukraine Post website provided clear, detailed tracking info (in English!) every step of the way.

Second, I owed a little over CAD$50 in tax (GST) on delivery. Not too bad overall, and even with the extra taxes I consider the Tres to be exceptionally good value.

Please be sure to let us know what you think. What other headphones do you have?

Last time I contacted him he was still tweaking some stuff to be able to start production. Fingers crossed he got it sorted out.
I also requested a different colour and he was looking into that as well. I am a long term supporter of his work and with good reason. Sash très se will kick some serious ass.

I placed an order for the 25ohm SE in natural wood finish with black honeycomb grilles.
Congratulations! you won't regret it - these are truly next-level headphones compared to the previous model.

Even with busy musical passages where I’ve seen other headphones struggle, there are no sonic surprises – everything just flows.
Well written review. It resonates with how I feel about these headphones for the most part. I also agree about the treble area which I am sensitive to. There seems to be no spikes and this allows me to increase the volume without grimacing.

I'm planning to build a proper display box for the Tres, but that's just one of many projects on my todo list. Until then, a plastic storage tote and some dollar-store velvet will have to do.

My listening station is in our primary living space, at the other end of the room from the kitchen (and range) about 35 feet away. I'm willing to risk my other headphones being degraded by stray fumes and oils, but not the Tres!

I inquired about the new SE model. Sasha told me it weighs more than its older siblings (about 40g additional weight). I wonder how tolerable that is. Maybe @Alexsan could share his experience in this regard. It will probably take several months for the new model reviews to show up.
