Will do.  It's supposedly coming tomorrow if USPS holds up its end of the bargain.

Please let me know how you like it compared to your original one. I've got an itchy finger ready to order from Audio Adviser (free shipping and no tax) if you and others think it's a winner..

Ordered Asgard very early February through the Australian supplier A2A. Was told it was discontinued and that I would be sent an Asgard 2. Was happy about that. However have just been told that the Asgard 2s won't ship for Australia for another 1-2 weeks! This is turning into a very long wait

I am hoping for your shipping notification soon, too! Can't wait for some impressions with HD650.

Shipping time has gone from 5-7 days to 4-6 days on the website. Now let's see if I can stop from ordering when there is no delay in shipping! More of you better be getting your reviews up asap or I'll have to order it blind, too.

I do plan a comprehensive review of the A2 with both the hd650 and Maddogs. It will be insightful, articulate and cleverly worded, lol.

I just opened my box today.  There are a few minor machining and manufacturing blemishes on mine, too.  Certainly, nothing to worry about at this price point.

I've noticed some very minor blemishes on the front of the Asgard 2. Particularly where the volume knob, power led, and headphone jack are. Anyone else? No biggie, just seeing if it's normal.

I'm thinking that the problem with the anodized finished that had to be reworked my be the reason for this, but just guess. I can't imagine anything happening in shipping with the excellent packaging.

Ya, that is my thought as well.  Looks like hand tooling.  No worries.  If it was a $1000 amp, I'd worry.  But, at $249, I'm not the least concerned.

I'm going to wait for a couple of runs before I buy one so they can work out all the issues, even though they're probably minor. My version 1 is perfect esthetically and electronically

I only noticed minor blemishes because I'm super OCD about stuff.  The average human being wouldn't have noticed a thing.
