Hey ! Atlast i am going to get S9...Please let me know the headphones that best suite S9....I can buy headphone of any range just don't care about my wallet Thankyou

Congrats on your purchase of the S9! It's an amazing mp3 player.  Personally, I think almost any headphone can work well with it due to its vast customizing sound options.
 
If price is not a limit, then I would suggest the following:
 
Audio Technica ESW10JPN- the best portable I have heard (even better than IEMs), but there is very little isolation and it is very rare.
Audio Technica ES10
Ultimate Ears Triple Fi 10

JVC FX500 or Sennheiser IE8. (if you dont mind spending money)

Most of the upper end of portables (ES10 and the like) do sound noticeably better with an amp. You can drive them fine with an S9, but I'd suggest getting a player that bypasses the internal amp through line out + a portable amp (ie. Mini^3) if you want peak portable performance. If portability is more important, then you're good to go - an S9 can drive ES10s to most of their potential, anyhow.
