Can not complain....it locks me into the music for hours....

Even when I upgrade I will probably still keep my TT2 and use as a bedroom setup. I thinks a great kit.

I like the Chord sound so it makes me a little sad to hear that the Dave is not synergistic with the Riviera...it would be the easiest upgrade path for me. I presume you are right though. It would be more detailed the the TT2 but the general sound would be similar.

Have you considered the Aries Cerat Helene? It is their starting DAC. When I started my DAC upgrade in 2022 I went with it but subsequently upgraded to their Kassandra Reference II.

Honestly no and it would be impossible for me to hear it before buying.

You won’t be disappointed. I would suggest fining a used Danacable Lazuli Nirvana. If to high get a used Lazuli Ultra, which is the same as Rhapsody without the braided cables.

@GhiAB you may want to check T+A Solitaire headphones before going the Susvara path. I wanted Susvara for Envy Performance ed. but when I've heard T+A cans I stayed with them and I'm not alone in my opinion. Add to this German quality build. Bonus point is that you will have a cans that will sound brilliant with many amps and not just selected few. Still Susvara is a awesome headphone.

Kind of hard to get in the EU plus taxes. I was thinking about Lavricables.

Hello everybody, new AIC10 Bal owner.
I would need some help in choosing a new DAC.
Currently using the TT2/MScaler but I would like to upgrade.
I have read all the 109 pages.....and I noticed that most of you use either the Dave, DCS and some of you the Mola Mola Tambaqui.
Any recommandations?

I’m using the Bricasti M3 and loving it with the Riviera. Thought many times about upgrades but never really had an urge since I’m quite happy with it. Perhaps I’ll go up the Bricasti line at some point, but I’m getting so much with this unit.

for me, AIC + Susvara is one of the best things I’ve heard in headphones.

I am still happily living with DAVE and AIC in my household. No complaints on my side.
