Um, I've sent in an order for some Pro model 3-ways like 7 days ago, sent 3 emails. In the beginning yeah he was pretty responsive like to within an hour of messaging him. Maybe an influx of orders or a particularly daunting 5-way design ?_?

Don't be too worried about it - sometimes he gets really busy.
 
In my experience, Grzegorz is very professional and will respond to emails in detail, as soon as he has an opportunity to do so.

Although it's irrelevant now as I stopped thinking about buying 3way Ref, Spiral Ears did not respond to my email at all (I've send it to them at the end of December 2013). I wonder whether they would respond if I asked them about 5way.

Maybe your email went to his spam folder? I never had issues contacting him before. Although I'm not totally fine with his business ethics but that is another matter...
