Because it is not compatible with your source, you need to get MH1C or TRRS adapter.

Thanks. I already thought that.
It's also possible to use the included clip to keep the button pressed.
 
Maybe I will come up with a better solution soon, who knows...

You can also  try to unplug it just a bit, it should do the trick.

Leave it alone for a few hours. It seems that moisture from your ears can cause this.

It is my 3rd week with MH1C. I posted earlier that they were too bass heavy. But something has changed now, may be it is burn in or my brain adjusting with their sound signature, bass seem quite toned down now. Sub bass is just amazing. I have never enjoyed any other pair I own (DBA02, RE262, CC51, Xba-3) as much as MH1C. They may be not as technically competent as other IEMs I own but they are just more satisfying.

that indeed fixes them, but the next day it will be the same story, 30 minutes of listening and then volume down on one side, every single day, is there anything i can do to prevent this from happening ?? thanks man

Anyone know where I can get a pair of these besides eBay?  My SHE3590 went out on me and I'm hoping to replace them with these... Cheapest I could find on ebay are ~40, but I'm skeptical about it being genuine, also ~40 seems a little high for these?

Mine (bought it when it was 22usd) is original for sure -fake ones don't exist as far as i know. Just make sure you use paypal for safety reasons.
