I'm really very satisfied with my ld mk2 it sounds very good already with my grade 325e, if I change the tubes I have 6n6-t with the 6n6p will I have any audio improvements?
Many times tube changes can be a lateral move with subtle differences. If you're happy with the sound you have enjoy it.
It's cheaper than going down the tube rolling rabbit hole. 😊

ok, but in the future if I would like to change the valves, any advice?
Not really. I replaced the original tubes with mullard NOS several years ago and have been very pleased with the
results. 👍

which mullards? and what are the jumpers for and where are they inserted, thanks
5654 RT input tubes. since the input tubes have the greatest effect on how the LD sounds.
Power tubes are stock. The jumpers are used for different input tubes: either 92 or 95.
You'll have to figure out whether the tubes you're using are 92 or 95 and then set the jumpers for
whichever tube you're using. This thread has info on the jumpers. You'll have to read through it
though since I can't remember which pin setting is used for which tube. BTW the AKG K240 Sextett
also sounds great with the LD MK2. If you can find a nice used pair for around $100 I'd give them a try.

I bought the used little dot mk2 and I saw that 3 capacitors are 200v 390u instead of 250v 330u, what does this mean?

LD MK 2 had a few parts upgrades over the years. Looks like that's the case with these capacitors.

after how long does the little dot run at maximum performance?
IME after about 30 minutes the LD has pretty much reached it's sonic potential.

Is medium gain also set in this way?squilib.jpg
Possibly, it's been about six years since I adjusted the gain on my LD MK2, so not completely sure. It's easy enough to find out.
Just see if the volume sounds louder or softer depending on where the volume knob is set after you adjust the switches.
If necessary use a light colored marker pen to put a dot on the knob since this will make it easier.
