There are better sounding amp under $200, but it all depends what features you need.

If you believe you can get enough volume out of iPad Mini, then you don't need to worry about getting an amp.

I love the RE262, but sometimes I need more isolation. I don't want to spend money on expensive Custom IEM or to replace the RE262

UM56 is really for narrow nozzle such as those on Westone or Shure IEM. The nozzle on RE262 will be too big to fit.
