Right.  You see, I understand that was a joke yet I don't find the humour in it.

Yeah, I'm with Cassadian here.  I found nothing funny about that post.  Found it kind of dark, mean, and rude actually.  Might be just me though (and Cassadian).

Did I read somewhere that the AS-2 will be available in universal form like the ASG-1? And if so, anyone know if they use the same shape? Because I hear lots of potential in the ASG-1 but the fit just doesn't work for me.

They eventually will.  So far, all I've heard concerning the ASG-2 is that the little nub on the upper part of the housing will be smaller as many people had problems with it before.  Everything else should be similar in shape though.

That's the opposite problem as what I have. I need the nub larger to fit under the flap on my ear, or else things just kind up hang there with no support. I think the real problem is that my ear canal is more angled than the nozzle.

Guide the memory wire so it pushes up on your helix/pinna.  this will actually create the support and fit.  Essentially, the wire will push your ear outward.  Yes, it looks awkward, but it fixes many comfort problems.

I've tried and tried, and can't get it. The method you described helps a little, but there is still a lot of play where the body of the iem can wiggle back and forth. It would be fine for listening stationary but not on the go, which is what I got these for in the first place. So they are for sale.

Go for the customs. The generic wont fit everyone. Dale does try his best. Let him know about your problem though.

I'm sorry to hear that then :(  Well, like Kenman said, go custom :)  You'll also get better sound too due to a better seal.  Adjustable bass options and ambient noise adjustments as well.

ambient noise is not included unless specially requested. Adjustable bass is included stock. Unfortunately the generics are not gonna fit 100% of people

I'm aware of that XD  It's still an available option though :)  No universal will ever fit 100% of people.

That's true. I respect Aurisonics and think they have given it a good effort. My ears are just outside of the norm I guess.

just making sure. Most people already arent happy about the price. Pretty sure the ambient noise ports will cost extra

OK.  I'm sure it is an extra cost.  If you look at what you're getting (essentially jewelry), the cost is justified.
