I've been searching and couldn't find any shops that offered reshelling services. I intend on reshelling my westone 4 because the shape of the IEM has never really been ergonomic to me. The sound quality is there, but the comfort became questionable after half a year of enduring. The "epic" cable, which westone claims, is a hassle as well. It seems to tangle more often than a normal stock cable. Is there any IEM enthusiast here that's familiar with Japan's services for IEMs?

Hi I have to admit that I don't know of any reshelling service too. The bricks 'n motar stores that offer customs are mostly foreign customs (Unique Melody, Rooth, JH Audio) and the only local is FitEar which actually make their own IEMs and custom tips to universals but I've not seen re-shell.

There's Lear which is online but again it's shipping your impressions offshore to get it reshelled.

Sorry, wish I had better news for you.
