The leaf is AMAZING. Just compared it to the ie900 and i prefer the leaf.

Paired the hook x with the phenomenal dunu Blanche cable, azla xelastec med and running it in my full audio-gd stack after burn in. I'm amazed at how close to my audeze lcd-xc these sound, Simply amazing for the price. Debating on picking up a second pair for work, but might get penon serial to compare. Definately plan on getting the leaf also after reading the comments here.

I also love how the hook x basically plays any of the genres I listen to with ease, detail, slam and no detectable sibilance. I am equally happy listening to metalcore, deathcore, death etc as i am EDM, Dubstep, DNB... that I find is rare in an IEM, the last one i found that could achieve that to my liking is the Dunu DN-2000J, which i still use daily at work and when doing yard work (i have 2 pairs). thinking the hook x might finally replace them as my go to iem.

I am bringing my Hook-X + UTWS5 with me for my upcoming overseas trip. It is one of the most comfortable IEM due to its open back so no pressure build up of any kind.

Too bad I don't have the S12. I have an average size ears (I think), the 7hz Timeless and Dioko fit me just fine.

CP145 fit fine and sound good with Hook

Purchased and used for less than a week and the right channel died. Tried swapping cables and amps to verify it was the iem and not something else. Thankfully I purchased through Amazon and the replacement will be here in a few days. Crossing my fingers it doesn’t happen again.

Hello guys, Im curious about this iem because of the price and reviews. How is the comfort and sound quality compared to fiio fh7?
