I have had my QP1R for several weeks now. I have only charged the player three times. I thought it was just losing track of time at first, but it appears I have a battery issue. I only get several hours of use before it dies. Big blocks of power disappear fast. Just today I was was listening at 38% power four minutes later I looked at it and it was down to 9%. I've never done a quick charge and have only followed the recharge instructions to the letter. Anyone have thoughts on this experience this problem?

Mine, QP1R seems to burn battery fast too. I switch between my iPhone during the day so I can listen to it later. It does seem that the 10 hour constant listening time may be a little stretched. Playing Roxanne IEM.

How long have you had the unit? My battery life increased after some use and now I'm getting around 9.5-10 hours consistently.

Me too. I'm getting 9-10 hours after a couple of full discharge and recharge cycles.

I can get around 9-10% an hour for 70%. But once it goes below 30%, it is free fall drop to 10% in less than half hour.

I am getting around 10-12 hours use with IEM (low gain and volume at 10 mark and 9-10 hours use with headphone at higher volume mark of 20 and high gain. Battery indication slow steady decrease with usage and did not experience sudden loss of percentage within minutes. I suggest a few more cycles of charge and discharge and see if the anomaly will go away.
