Giving this a spin. 1 minute in and I'm already impressed 🤩

I'm stoked that you dig it. It's got a pretty diverse bunch of styles represented on it so I think there's something on there for everyone who enjoys progressive styles/genres.

Stiked... You surely meant Stoked. 🤔 You must have shut your auto correct off, after licking the wheel. 😁😜 Thanks for your recommendation and the licking really does help. 😉

No idea what you mean. It clearly says stoked. 😜

Edit to keep things topical:

Another fun prog-metal album that is definitely worth a listen for those who enjoy the genre.

Moderately Fast, Adequately Furious by Bulb (rel. 2021)

After listening to nothing but Nine Stones Close for the last week I've just been on a cueing spree, setting up what to listen to later from all the recent posts in this thread - I agree, it's a great new feature :)

My guitarist rec'd this album to me shortly after it came out a couple months ago and it's definitely worth checking out.

Elemental by Bernth

Very impressed with this, much more than a lot of music in this genre, the skill level is through the roof but he also plays with a lot of feeling - it's a heady mixture :L3000:

I'd love to hear a full length LP from these guys. I just stumbled across their Bandcamp and they're sick! 🔥🤘😎

That's a shame, I hope they make a speedy recovery :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

Oh look who's got jokes. And here I thought we were friends...😉

Edit: Just to make things topical, here's a proggy math rock album I think some of you would enjoy.

Mana - Time Columns

I almost forgot to come back and comment on this. I checked this album out at like 4 AM when I couldn't sleep and it's such a cool listen! It's got this low key complexity to the way the instruments interact that I was really diggin'. I've got their self-titled album in my queue so I can check it out later on.

Thanks for another super solid rec! 🙏😎
