Woah, that is indeed really weird. But that's some really nice glass, I would love to do some night street photography with it. My 1.4 usually cuts the bill, but I always lust for gear, haha.

Weird bokeh on second shot is just what happens in overexposed areas in broad light with the 1,2 Nikkor. I thought it was some problem when uploading from Lightroom to flickr. Not the case, it seems.

That lens is by far my favourite. It isn't as immediately pleasing, though, as it's focus ring takes longer to cue in, and in certain light, the bokeh can be harsh. But it is fast, well made, extremely easy to handle, and very sharp. It is by far my most used lens - to the tune of about 90 percent.

I'm not sure about others, but my preference would be get rid of the reflection and crop.  Other than that, nice lighting.
