Went to Mutts & Mittens Pte Ltd - Home again today and had to take these cats.

Julie is the mom's name but the kittens don't have names yet.. Mom is in the center. Left 2 are males right 2 are females

Combination of lighting and photoshop. Increased the saturation, upped the contrast, messed around a little with curves, then I desaturated and used the history brush to recover color in the areas I wanted to accent. I also used the wand and burn tool to increase shadows.

LOL, well aside from a certain similarity to some I've seen before, it's got a few things going for it; namely a sense of negative space and a certain northern winter bleakness reminiscent of Scandinavia.
