Yeah, I noticed that as well!
But with a power strip, 3 chargers (MacBook Pro and 2x RWA), AirPort Express, and a couple of other cables (power and optical S/PDIF) below there it is hard to keep it all tied up in line.. Please have me excused.

Its a great DAC, really happy with it. When i first started using it i noticed the 48hhz button was lit and wasnt massively impressed with the sound, i then found my settings in ASIO4ALL had "Automatically Upsample to 48khz" checked for some reason? So i changed unchecked that and im alot happier. Not sure if i was just getting used to the sound but its spot on now. I auditioned all the major players at Canjam, Benchmark, Lavry and Meko Audio and this was my favourite. My V-Dac was very good but my music has more presence / authority, and the music has a weight behind it that you'd expect from a good system. Im really really happy with my setup now, still keeping my eyes open for rare 6922 valves for the Melos but thats about it.
