^ Bet if feels nice to be back home.
Enjoying those full size speakers, and not "just" your headphone rig(s) on the ship.

What do you think of the M902, Paul? It sure looks nifty. I'm trying to figure out whether to get a tube amp or your beastie.

woofy

i love the grace m902 with phones like the denon ah-d7000 and even the grado gs1000/i, but at night in lower volumes, i connect my best dac into the musical fidelity xcan v8p where the tube triode class a front end just gives me the right sound stage with my grado gs1000i at levels where i see the sax, the keyboard guy and whatever is there while still able to finish up my spreadsheets work and not waking my wife up.

if you had never listened to stax, the sennheiser he60 and he90 over the last 20 years, you'll love the grace m902 plus a good dac combo. even taking the optical outputs from an apple macbook pro with m4a lossless files directly into the grace's optical toslink joint, your listening enjoyment is without peer.

i compared it with the fine headroom ultradesktops amps and even the limited editions home desktops, the grace can stand up well.

add to the fact that the grace can drive both my denon ah-d7000 and grado gs1000i and an un-balanced line out into a power amplifier for soft background sound makes the m902 very flexible a home office tool.

Nice! I'm saving my pennies for a Rega Apollo and Rega P3-24 too, though I don't have quite as fancy a jar to put them in! The P3 will be purchased before the Apollo.

Those Rega players (Planet and Apollo, correct?) always look nifty, to me. Just don't listen to CDs enough to spend the $$$ they want for one.

Went to Ikea this weekend! Got a new chair, footstool, and shelf.

Wow, that's impressive. I love your setup, man. May I ask where you got that bed?

Randerson, what's the ship's power supply like?
Do you use anything like a conditioner or something. I'm assuming you're powered by a diesel generator as my whole little town.

What do you have on the ship, for that matter? Just curious. Man you have some nice gear.

I use two, a Shunyata Hydra 8 for the audio, and a Shunyata Guardian 2 for my LCD TV and Blu Ray player. The ship's power is nasty, but the Shunyata cleans it up. Highly reccomended! Also, their power cords are awesome. I know I sound like a salesman, which isn't my intent. They are just that good. The Anacondas are the best, but the Pythons and Taipans will give most of the peformance. I think they have released even better ones, the King Cobras, but I haven't been able to audition them.
