The poster I printed off myself. The pewter stuff was with D3 preorders. There are also some older rarer figurines floating around, such as the Caco, and the Cyberdemon, etc..

PS. BOOO!

Hum, would you by any chance have a hi res image of it anywhere? I just spent 20 minutes googling and didnt find anything larger than 220x220 without some sort of crap added onto it.

My 'den', where most of my time is spent:

(notice the two black cubes, one is a subwoofer, and one is an ottoman)
(also, some of these things are hard to see, but there's 4 pocket amps, 4 empty pocket amp enclosures, 3 iPods, Koss UR40's, KSC35's, and Super.fi 5EB's)

PS. Can anyone figure out who's on my poster? (It's not too hard of a guess).

Marantz reciever, DIY iPod dock, 4G iPod, box for 5G iPod, TV antenna being used for radio:

Closer shot of my desk, Dell Inspiron 8600, DIY CMoy, Panasonic HTIB speakers, Super.fi 5EB's, and a couple of iPods:

Considering I do pretty much everything at my PC, my desk has evolved numerous times over the years to suit itself to my interests and growing number of toys. Fortunately (yes fortunately) my old desk simply couldn't handle anymore and thus it was time to ditch it for a new one - which would become a frankenstein desk of sorts. Ripped the C-Legs off a closeout desk, and put wood runners along the metal bottom of the feet. For a nice sturdy work surface, a 1 1/2" butcher block bench top works like a charm. Anchor a couple power strips to the back panel with screws, and make one switched from the front to turn off all transformers when I need quiet. Finally attach two monitor arms to give more usable space to place the electronics and the desk shell is complete. It has a bonus of the holes in the rear panel making cable management a cinch to boot. Unfortunately now, the extra space I gained tempted me to fill it up with other things... like real speakers... and an amp for them. Still have a little space left, but no cash to fill it up with.

Grados and IEMs fit nicely in the left hand drawer, and I plan on making a mount for the 650s and 701s under the left side overhang of the desk, but I'm not too much in a hurry to accomplish that at this point. *Continues to wait for Func Archetype MBA mousepad to complete the black/silver color scheme.

*edit*Other pics located here... Couple pics of the initial powerstrip wiring and other shots for those who might be interested or have too much time on their hands.

How come everybody appears to listen in front of their computer monitors?? I can't possibly imagine that one is able to enjoy their precious, high-end audio gear when they are not even 100% focused on the music.

Hell, I work with computers for a part time job, and still feel it necessary to turn the computer off in order to enjoy my audio equipment.

Well most of us don't have a choice, if that's where our music is located

I partially agree with you though. For when I really want to listen to my setup, I have a Lay-Z-Boy right behind me
