Interesting development. I was inclined to name Skylab's newest Darths "Darth Zen" but of course deferred both to his ownership and his superior name "Vario Darths". Well it looks like Larry was also noting the Yin Yang nature of his invention and has now gone straight to concept with his latest design.

Have to admit it, but fongalv 's Sapele, and Skylab's Amboyna Burl are the 2 best examples (my recently acquired figured Zebras are in a pitiful 3rd place IMO). Fongalv can have my firstborn in trade for his pair

So, I'm definitely confused by Larry's site. How much does it cost to have them Darth'd if you already own the DT770s? Or how much does it cost to just have them re-capped with wood?

I'm also finding myself to reach for my Darths instead of the good ol' DT880s more often nowdays...Hmm...your offer sounds rather skewed, not only do I lose my cans, I still gota bear the burden of raising a kid, which sounds awfully like alot more time and money than I would ever spend on headfi... End of the day, the Darths are still the lesser of the two evils...
