In more at least semi-seriousness, I asked Larry if this was a one-off or something that might become generally available (sans-nipple), and he wasn't sure. If they become a "regular" product, I would order one in Cocobolo probably. I just am not a "light wood" person - KOA is the lightest wood I have ever gotten from Larry.

for them to become a regular product, with regular sales, i think the price would have to come down. for the price of this set you could buy regular darths + a nice amp... too bad 'cause this just makes me even more curious about darths. the comments i've heard about the open vs closed ones and about v3 vs earlier cans makes this seem like it'd have great promise. Larry, i'd like a set of these in zebra (ala wakerider's old darths) with 2 meters of black max or gold (whichever works best), but at an affordable price. please...

What's wrong with the price? I think the rarity alone makes them worth it. Larry is only one man though so I doubt that he could realistically increase his workload atm.

Also, one reason that the For Sale page is pricey is that you can skip the 2 month wait.

It would have been nice if they were "only" $400 or so but you only live once for certain.
