Hello,

I'm looking for some headphones that are comfortable and provide the best sound relative to their cheapness.

Can anyone suggest anything better than these?

I'm not sure but I think those are big enough to cover my ears without being too large to carry around on trips.

Thanks for any suggestions!

Threads. I've been looking at headphones like those (though head-fi says that the 202s are worse than the 201s I believe, haven't tried either of them out irl yet myself) and have seen that the JVC ha rx700  and the sr850 looked pretty good. Both are around ~30-50 bucks. I'd love to see what other people think are good, as I can't afford the expensive ATH m50s or any of the other highly recommended ones.

Just my opinion but for open cans I would recommend Takstar HI-2050 (Technical Pro HPT990). For closed Gemini DJ HSR-1000.

they kind of leave the price range I am looking at, but not by much.
Worth every penny and if you buy the Takstar via Aliexpress it's much cheaper.

Check out this thread for more opinions:

I've actually been very impressed with Sennheiser HD419s.  For around 35 bucks, they are very comfortable and sound really good.  Only drawback is the dinky cable, but I still think its the best bang for your buck.
