I'm planning on buying Able Planet NC1000CHA's or NC1100B's (I need closed headphones and noise cancellation is a plus) 
What would be a good amp for these or similar headphones for under 100 dollars?  I hear the Mini3 is the best amp you can get for 100 and possibly better than many slightly more expensive ones....What about the Fiio E5 and E7??
 
I'll be using a 5th Gen Ipod Nano as well and hopefully a LOD to 3.5mm

You could also look into the PA2V2 amp, You'll find it on EBAY, bid's only or Fiio E5 the E7 is a Amp/DAC combo! The PA2V2 is a real good amp and will probably cost You $80.+ or look under Head Gear for more idea's and do more research on it!

I was just trading info about the PA2V2 about a day or so ago, and He told Me He lost His recent bid's around $80.+. that's how much there going for now. Back in Sept. I won it for $56..
