Slow was chosen to work with Lock Range Adjust without resampling. With resampling, Slow, Sharp and Short do not affect, because their function is performed by the resampling algorithm.

Narrow is best.

These settings only affect the default music player right? If it does or doesnt affect playback for other players like tidal what settings would you recommend?

You just need to push the bottom parts' sides since its not covered... No need to dind erasers etc. Its pretty straight forward...
Yes, it is straight forward until the volume knob meets the case - from this point it is extremely difficult to keep your fingers pushing the DAP through the openings while other fingers (or body parts) trying to hold the case and slide it down.

huh... it is for me though, and i use a glass screen protector at that... I find it pretty simple to remove/insert the case...

Has anyone tried the empire ears zeus xiv with this dap? If so what are your set ups (cable, tips, settings)? Just curious since (aside from the stock cable) my other cables doesnt have that good of a synergy with it.

Where did you get your glass protector from?
i bought mine second hand, only costed me $400 for the whole set (device, case and screen protector). Pretty swell deal if i say so myself x)

How do you have yours set? romanrex mentioned 192khz upsampling being the best setting but i only see that under the default music player settings.

I use the standard settings. Sometimes I'm switching the filter to "slow" if I fancy a bit more separation. I don't use upsampling, I don't understand the sense behind it.

Greetings to all. Considering XDP-300R and Onkyo DP-X1A I wander if balanced output is supported for built in player only. I read somewhere that other players like Spotify will not do Balanced.
Will appreciate any input on it. Thanks.
