Is the FC6 better synergy than R8?Peaceful Saturday morning with coffee and music, using AüR Audio Alita and HIBY FC6. And HIBY R8 as source, prefer to not use the phone to just listen without distractions
On this IEM maybe yes, FC6 has a warm analogue R2R sound. But less resolving and not as spacious as R8 II, so depends what you want.
I just like to change it up now and then

Recently picked the R3 II and R6 Pro II and truly impressed with both especially the 4.4mm outputs. I was looking to pickup something R2R from their lineup, this looks like a good one to pickup and try.On this IEM maybe yes, FC6 has a warm analogue R2R sound. Decided to start using my Sony phone as a DAP like when I had a V60. I was thinking about maybe getting a Hiby FC6 since I love the R2R sound. But I decided to try the M4 even though the units have some errors in the fabrication (the 2.5 jack has the L-R channels reversed, and the charging port can only charge with a USB-A to C cable). I'm glad the other usb-c port works fine with a C-to-C cable. This "dongle" solution will work nicely 
UPDATE: I compared the sound connected like this versus LDAC. Wow! Big difference. The sound through BT was very flat for some reason. Through usb-c, there was so much more detail and slam to all the music. Pleasantly surprised!

Switched over at lunch and I don't think I've ever heard my U2 Classic sound so good but the RedAg 4N pure silver sounds so good I'm ordering 3 more at $25 as I'm hearing it as a Stone Cold Bargain

Just arrived an hour ago: The latest in my diminutive collection: ZMF Aeolus LTD Bocote, Cayin N3Pro, stock ZMF 6.35mm cable with the Audeze 6.35-3.5mm connect.
