The OSG came after the Vocal in my possession, and it’s a big price difference to spring for the OSG. But in BC 2023 use the OSG was by far THE cable, the best cable ever in my experience! Even better than my regular (IMR BC 2023) Graphene ISN G4 cable. The OSG is more refined, showing better control inside of the bass response, and blacker backgrounds offered. Yet the other “gift” was it became less forward in the mids than the G4 with the BC 2023, but produced the widest stage! The end experience was subtle differences, but still apparent differences.
What a spot for lunch! Just need a Baguette, little butter and a nice bottle of wine

You know @Redcarmoose , I have a strange feeling once my Vocal gets here I'm gonna need the OSG:scream:

Now with the BC 2023 you would think more midrange (amount) would be better, but a bigger mid stage is what is better........it is just the OSG offers a different level of smoother romance with the midrange and stage. Again best cable in my experience with the IMR, I’m pretty sure it will be yours too? This Graphene stuff is real, it has an actual tone that you can tell is different and it expands out the midrange, at least both Graphene cables I have used had a similar unique sound? But in my experience both the BC 2023 and the ISN EST50 share a darker tone, and a bass emphasis which is pleasantly affected by the OSG. With both IEMs the bass is slightly curtailed yet deeper and sculpted, holding better control, clarity and playfulness.

I had a feeling that was where it is going, I ordered the Vocal in MMCX with anticipation of 2 Pin on the OSG for my BC's, sounds like it cleans up the edges and provides best clarity out of the driver/s :beerchug:

What’s the sr35 like?
Just got it today and it sounds a lot like its predecessor, the SR25 MK2. It’s a warmish signature, pretty mid-centric, with a potent & clear low-end and slightly rolled-off in the highs. It’s a DAP made for enjoying your music for hours, without over-analyzing your tracks while listening to them.

Sounds a great one to use out and about. I’m considering getting one. Lol I’m also considering the est50.
Truthfully I still haven’t found a dap that I prefer sonically to the calyx m

Not really a fan of the Sony house sound, but I have to say that old school cassette display is super appealing. What model is this, WM1A 2.0?

Holy Mac Daddy, I thought the FH3’s sounded good with the Xiaofan cable but the Vocal is clearly a cut above
