Darn it! Zeos Pantera got me again! And again, it's the best thing I've ever heard
Usually the Mest1 I only listen to once in a while because it makes all other sets under it in my collection sound low-fi (except for the Starlight). The Dunu Glacier has managed to make the Mest 1 sound cramped and low-fi. Incredible!
I had to take out my other detail monster, the Starlight, because I couldn't believe my ears. The Starlight and the Glacier have very similar detail and clarity. But the Glacier does something else within those huge metal shells. All the music is expanded around you. And to top things off, the Glacier has stronger bass then bother sets, yet keeps crisp details, and surrounds you in a HALL of sound.
The only thing I could think about to try to explain the difference was making a sketch of my perception of the music of the Glacier compared to my previous detail sets.
