I really should get my cabling down myself. It'd save me a lot of money in the long run.

happy story: I dotn feel the need to upgrade portables anymore, Im happy with the HD25, M80 and V6 (now rarelly) and the TF10, mini3 as an amp if needed, for the HD25 sometimes. I just wish my zune was still alive or that I had a better DAP, seriously iPod headphone out sucks.

Just finished my JDS Labs Cmoy. It's the revision 2.03R with the integrated recharging circuit. All I need now is a Fiio LOD that's in the mail to me now, and a better way to hold my sanza fuze (rockboxed) to the front of it. I'm loving it, even though I botched a few of the connections with the resistors (soldering iron is too big.), also, I think I should have gone with a gain of 4 instead of 6, maybe I will change it later.

Velcro. Works great and comes off clean later on. I use it on all my portables now.

Hi guys, I've a question to all of you who sport a portable amp along with your player. How do you guys keep them?
I can't find cases that are big enough for my alo rx mk ii, and it's starting to add on to my frustrations cause I have a few dents (albeit small) on my rig now. ):

Point and shoot camera cases or camcorder bags. That how I kept my Mk 2 and iPod classic anyway.

Slight update to my existing rig:

My old ebay TF cable re braided (advertised as quad braid. I found out it wasnt once the tec flex was removed) re sleeved in boot lace. New brass Y split and Oyaide r/a jack.

More flexible, straightens out better and a LOT less microphonic. Plus more in keeping with the rest of the gear.

This is work of art!!! Great! Is that amp a Fiio E5?

I'm planning on getting this one, when I do finally get my hands on an Arrow 4g, if they're ever shipped.
