You'll have to hope someone else speaks up. Never had PX-80 but had original PX-100 which I thought had a little cleaner bass than these II's but YMMV

sure, thx.....since its an very outdated (PX100) its really hard to find an concrete answer over the net (to PX80)......thought someone who owned both wld chime in.

Over ipod touch even?!

Over that, even. I use an iPhone 6, and I prefer the Zune UI. It just beats it as a music player. As a jack-of-all-trades computer though, it loses out. It lost out even back in '09. It's way outdated.

Still, the UI hasn't been matched by anything I know of.

I had to share this one here because it is special. I got the e17k yesterday and it's sound is a little thinner and brighter than I expected it would be. Paired with the duoza it's magic to my ears.

Experia TL, USB OTG, E17k, Duoza

Sounds amazeballs!

Makes all metal and rock sound fantabulous.

Hmm, I thought the mid-fi thread was based on $200-$600 MSRP? Budget-fi sub $200 and with that said awesome rig Amzies:smile:

That's right at $200... maybe a bit ove... hard to classify indeed. I say post it in both!
BTW live those red im70s!

Sorry, was not sure if Amzies meant he barely made it under $200 (Budget-Fi) or barely over $200 into the Mid-Fi where he's posted here. It's all good

Lol... . I think I phrased it wrong.. .hahaha.. . But anyway, I made it to the minimum allowed price point..lol.. . Both the X1 and IM70 don't go lower than a hundred dollars each.. . That being said, I have sold every other IEM I've ever owned and settled with the IM70 for the long run. I can't think of any other IEM I could upgrade to that can be a better all-rounder than this.. . Absolute beast.

It's all cool amzies, I'm glad you have found a iem setup that makes you really enjoy your tunes because that is what we are all here for. Enjoy:smile:

Trigger's Broom http://youtu.be/BUl6PooveJE has been upgraded again :-

What started out as an IPod Touch 2nd Gen has now been upgraded yet again by replacing the Sandisk Clip Zip (Rockboxed) with a Rockboxed iBasso DX50. The Missus (lucky lady) has now got the clip zip for her own MP3 player.

So the current audio chain of my portable rig now stands at :
Ibasso DX50 >> Electric-Avenues PA2v2 >> FiiO E12 >> Denon AH-D600 Headphones.

If I want to share the great sound; I substitute the headphones for the pair of these :
