My SR100-0 :

Deserving a lot more love than people usually give him. Actually the SR325i could fit instead of that frog too.

My HP2:

I feel like I've collected the seven Chaos Emeralds... but I only have 6 Grado headphones, so no, not yet.. :p

The infamous HD414 pads:

Razer Pro|Tone m250... hurtingly bad sounding, ridiculously bad. Also the pad were decomposing out of the box (given that it is a 2007 headphone), I will proceed to replace them but there's really nothing I can do about the sound. I wish I wasn't so Razer obsessed at the time... it had received some many positive reviews...

Direct Sound EX-29, dry, dessicated

Asus Xonar STX sound card with Burson opamps (not mine)

Yes, I too found it too bright and sold it off. Not as btight as the HD-800 or some (all?) Grados, though..

I never heard a rattlesnake for real, so I cannot really compare the two.

^Ding! We have a winner! The T1, to these ears, came off as bright and a bit splashy/sibilant, unlike the the merely bright DT880.
