Replacements shipping out today and tomorrow. I just emailed them about it. Also there is no need to return your current, damaged pair. Completely new headphones with all the accessories with it. Talk about customer service!

I got the same email today. with no need of return of old pair, maybe we can take the old one (which driver is fine) and send them in for custom remolding. this can be fun.

Wish I had requested a replacement earlier. I waited until close to when I thought the V2 was ready. I haven't received such email but I possibly will soon.

My friend even joked about somehow not sending the current ones back because he tried them and liked them better than the cheap crap he always burns through. I wont tell him though.

In the state they are in with the way he treats his, they wouldn't last a day anyways.

I ordered mine on December 16, 2008 and the cable of my right earpiece is torn, leaving the earphone dangling by its copper cabling.

Do I qualify for replacement?

Oddly enough I don't remember passing an honesty test before buying the PFEs.

How is that so? I do have some problem with the jack termination. It sometimes doesn't make good contact and the left channel disappears...
