Here's a good shot of Trent Reznor (frontman of Nine Inch Nails) wearing his CIEMs from the "Beside You In Time" concert film. I don't know for a fact what he wears, strictly speaking, but JH Audio's website lists NIN on the "Client List" page, so I'd assume it's one of their models.
