Hang on a minute, if you're looking for sound quality I'd keep the ue 6000 passive because like tyll says in his review the noise cancelling circuit mucks up the ound quality when active, I'd suggest akg k550 myself, with 15db passive isolation and no way of mucking up the sound quality they're pretty good, also they're a lot cheaper than beats. Also if she wants loads of bass you could add an amp if she's prepared to use one, fiio e11? If not v-moda m100 they're great unamped and do pretty good passive isolation. Finally, have a look at focal spirit one (2013) with 18db passive isolation.

Also take a look at fischer audio fa-003 or the new ti ones, they will need amping though.
