OPUS#3 Hi-Res Audio player w/wifi and streaming

You don't install anything separately.  This is a closed system, not an open Android system where you can install apps from a Play store or side load apk.  I'm not sure if theBit going to change that down the road, but I have a feeling probably not (just don't quote me on that).  But it would be a great idea to add Tidal since along with Spotify those are two of the most popular streaming services.

Curious, why do you want to install Spotify separately?  Do you have issues with the pre-installed version? If so, did you try factory reset to restore the defaults?

Yup, i have a feeling that you can't install Spotify separately (similar to AK units). Yes, already did several factory resets and Spotify is still missing

Can you show a screenshot of Settings screen and Streaming screen?  Also, what is the build number in Information section?  Furthermore, turn wifi on, go to Update, and OTA update -> check now to make sure you have the latest FW installed.

Regarding leather case, it's optional, but all the reviewers received Opus#3 with a case.  Also, I can only speak for MusicTeck who is theBit official US distributor, but they are selling Opus#3 now on their website and amazon with leather case (made by Dignis) included for free.  Don't know if this is a promotion, but their listing says free leather case included.

Yes, I check both at their website and via OTA - there's no new firmware (I always install the latest firmware on my new toys)

No Spotify here

You will need to contact theBit or the seller, just exchange your unit.

the build number is the same as yours 1.00.00

Have you also tried doing (or have done) a factory reset? Just want to check if Spotify gets deleted if a factory reset is performed...

Don't want to delete all the songs I copied to internal memory, so not too eager to do factory reset...  but I was curious anyway, so just did a factory reset and... Spotify is gone :(

So, let's wait for FW update.

WARNING, do NOT do the factory reset, it deletes Spotify.

So far with IEMs, mainly the Andromedas, there is a pleasant warmth, but some tracks with a brighter treble come across as a bit unpleasant.

I appreciate you performing a hard reset to check the outcome...now let's wait for Support and let's see what else can be done.

Well, I decided to take one for the team

But i'm not worried, just a fw glitch, and I'm sure it will be fixed soon.
